I received my product way before the estimated time of arrival. It arrived well packaged and very secure, as a result everything was in tact and included as it should be. The box comes with two checklists that are signed for confirmation by a few different individuals to ensure you have everything your paying for. They include these lists so that you may check for yourself as well.
About a month into the starts of my grow I realized that the carbon filter was actually not powering on. I immediately was able to get a hold of a customer service professional on the website with a live chat. They reviewed my order and offered to send me the extra part despite the fact that my warranty was going to expire that day and I would be unable to ship the broken part in time.
I have only just begun my grow and I am still learning a lot about this whole process however; it feels good knowing that I have the support I need to ensure success.

First grow pretty much came close to paying for this little box:) I did have some problems, but what makes a great company is the customer service after you buy something, and these folks have GREAT customer service. My work is related to customer service, so my expectations are pretty high. Matt Price met and exceeded my expectations.
Only thing I would do different is get a bigger box, which I hope to do down the road. This stuff looks expensive up front, but if you put in the work, follow the instructions, ask these folks questions (and I asked a lot), it will pay for itself in a pretty short period of time in my humble opinion.

Love the SuperBox! I’m not good with plants but this thing is idiot proof, so had a nice harvest in minimal time. One thing to keep in mind is the plants need to be well attended to – i.e. super cropped or manifold pruned to maximize yield. Everything you need is in the box except your seeds! The few times I had a question the response was quick and on point.

I purchased this unit a couple of years ago to see if I liked growing my own, found out it was an excellent idea and moved on to a bigger Gorilla tent setup with LED lights, etc.
Funny thing is – I still use the SuperBox for experimenting and small batch grows which cuts down on larger crop mistakes. It has become my favorite!
