Bought my SuperStar LED in October. It’s a very nice unit. It is well put to together and fairly easy for a novice to get growing. I had a small problem with a t4 light, SC stood behind the product and help me fix the issue. Keep in mind they take a bit to build and ship, mine took about a month. I am very happy with it.

I am an engineer and was intrigued but skeptical when I first heard of your product. I never really grew anything before so I felt overwhelmed when hearing the word hydroponics. After much research and time I decided I had to try out Supercloset for myself. I was quickly put at ease after calling your company as they answered all of my questions and steered me to the product that I am currently very happy with, my LED superstar.
My Supercloset was made to order and it was securely shipped to my address. Since that first day I got my cabinet I was hooked, my poor wife is jealous of the superstar. Ha. The unit came with instructions to set the system up which was easy to follow. I was emailed a growing guide and I also got the free video series growing with rory. I used these resources to get started and feel they gave me a good base of knowledge about indoor growing.
I did have a few questions throughout my grow and the email response time and customer support I received from Matt Price has been ridiculous. I once got an email response at 7 o’clock in the morning from him. I can say that you stand by your product 100% and believe in customer satisfaction. I called because your product was working so good that my whole house smelt like tomatoes so he sent me an ozanotor. I don’t know what that is but I am excited to find out.
Lastly I want to thank Supercloset for putting this great package together. Not only is your locker superb but you have obviously done the research on the best suppliers to use. I love the Kind LED and the technoflora solutions you chose. I am glad I do not have to go out and research who has the best lights, filters, nutrients, air pumps, etc as you have done that already. It would have taken me years to get to where I am now on my own. You have a stellar product and a customer for life.

I purchased my SuperStar LED cabinet in May of 2014. First let me state that the customer service and support I have received have been excellent and I am totally happy with it. My cabinet has a few issues that could stand to be addressed – nothing major mind you, but to work towards perfecting it, I would recommend that they look into the following items:
1) the “vents” (U shaped PVC I think they are) on my cabinet did not stay put without me adding some duct tape to them. (I hated to have to do that)
2) the “incoming air vent” in the corner of the top shelf makes it VERY tight to use the germinator.
3) I had to add a second power strip on the back to make things a little easier on me and not have the one it came with be super crowded and difficult to use.
I have used it for a number of grow cycles and it performs really excellently. It is a bit over the top to grow say vegetables as the KIND LEDs are just too powerful for some plants even when raised all the way, but for the flowers it was designed for, it is outstanding. (yes I grew some red bell peppers one time to try it out. It fried the leaves eventually but I did get some fruit). This is one of the better products I have ever invested in. If I had one wish, it would be for the odor neutralizing exhaust fans to do a better job with the odor.
All in all I give this puppy 2 really big thumbs up!!

I’m one of those who research every purchase I make thoroughly. I have to say; for the price and quality, you will be hard pressed to find a better system. Yes it’s sticker shock to most of us when we start looking, but the value for all you get is there if you are like me and did’nt want to deal with building one yourself. Only plant up to four plants at a time; depending on your crop, to avoid overcrowding even with lots of pruning. Be prepared to have another form of odor control, but provides decent control.

Purchased Superstar LED cabinet in March 2015. On 5th planting. Normal grow cycle is 3 months, seeds to harvest! Top shelf saves me 2 weeks, as I can start seeds and root growth, while still finishing flowering period below.The KIND LED is cost effective, with very low heat output(big plus), which keeps the cabinet internal temperature in the proper grow range.Customer support from day one was exceptional and Superpro videos were quite instructive. A couple of accessories malfunctioned in the beginning, but were quickly replaced at no charge. Cabinet and growing components well engineered. Agree with reviews addressing odor issues and number of plants ( 3 to 4) to cultivate with proper pruning and prevention of over-crowding.The only thing that I haven’t mastered is ” canopy management.” When possible,I do quite a bit of “fimming” and “topping” to promote bushy growth. The fruits of the harvest have been very satisfying. What I like about this type of farming is that every grow is a new adventure. You are always learning and experimenting.This grow cabinet is top of the line!

I really enjoy the product but i have to say i do have some heat issues. Being in the southern part of the US my normal home temperature is 77 – 78. This means i am unable to close the door to the superstar. I know some would think yea but its summer time, but where i live its always summer for the most part. If i close the doors with all the lights on the temperatures quickly climbs to 89.. So i have leave the door to the superstar open in a closed room to keep the temps where i need them to be. The customer service is excellent, i have to say every inquiry has been fast and very helpful. I do like this company i just think that my location in the world has to do with my heat issues.

I also live in Southern California and have had some serious heat issues. This cabinet will ONLY work if you have it in an air conditioned room. I live in an old apartment building with no AC and the wiring is so bad here that a portable AC won’t work either. It keeps tripping the circuit breaker.
The solution I found was to add a water chiller. This required some modifications to the two 8-bay buckets that come with the box. Anyway, keeping the water temperature at a constant 62 degrees seems to draw enough heat out of the ambient air to keep temps in the SuperStar manageable. I also make sure that the plants are asleep during the hottest parts of the day so I don’t have to run the Kind LED during those times.
Aside from the heat issues I’ve been very happy with it. Haven’t made it through an entire harvest yet. I keep over watering my plants. Not the Superstar’s fault. The plant growth has been unbelievable up to that point though.
If this thing produces anywhere near the dry herb harvest weight that SuperCloset predicts, then I’m coming back and buying a bigger one!

Just got my super star hps soil addition yesterday. More then impressed I must say. Very well built and the packing was quite impressive. Nothing was damaged and all the pieces were there. Nate from sales is a badass haha. I had trouble with my bank so had to end up buying 3 different prepaid cards and loading the money on them and run 3 diff transactions. Needless to say it was a run around. I did to a little modification to the box immediately by bolting in 2 pc fans in the bottom corners for better intake. Only needed 1 but got 2 so what ever. Anyways girls went in about 2 hours after delivery. Cant say enough good things. Love it!!!
